How To Maintain Sustainable Consultancy While Working Remotely

COVID-19 Safety Protocols Have Forced Companies to Consult Remotely
Consequently, the benefit of remote working is that it allows for greater flexibility when collaborating with an expert, not at the clients’ location. However, many of us may still like to speak face-to-face to maintain a trustful relationship. Luckily, it can be achieved through a video call, and thanks to modern technology, it’s making remote working easier to execute effectively.
At MNA Quality Consulting Ltd., as an electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering company in Calgary, AB, we embraced remote working since our inception. Therefore, all of our engineers are well versed in working remotely from wherever they want to work, and the pandemic has not changed the way we manage our operations.
Our Operation Platform Is Primarily Cloud-Based
As a result, our company keeps things running smoothly and efficiently with the convenience of cloud-based Google Workspace programs. Google Documents allow us to work and save information on Google Drive, and our clients can collaborate in reviewing our draft tender proposal or report and comment or edit right in the document in real-time. Besides, Google-Meet allows us to video chat, and we can share screens to explain the details of the issue. Finally, Gmail gives us a professional email and calendar, enabling us to organize from anywhere, at any time.
For example, our engineering consultant was on vacation on another continent and did not carry a laptop. When our client needed very urgent help, our engineer could quickly go to an internet cafe, log in securely to our account, change the document in Google Drive, and create it as a PDF before sending it back to the client via email attachment.
You should try it and see how it can help your business, too. Please click the link below for more details:
We believe that this remote working trend will continue even after the pandemic is over. Consequently, we want to ensure our clients feel confident that our professional service is maintained even when we’re not physically present in our office building.
